At British Craft Studio, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During busy periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, and sales campaigns), processing may take longer, but we’ll always try to keep you updated.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship all orders using Royal Mail and other trusted UK carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Times

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

For tracked shipping services, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Economy and standard services may not include tracking.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@britishcraftstudio.com and we’ll be happy to help.
For lost or delayed parcels, please allow:
- 10 working days (UK)
- 25 working days (International)
  
  before reporting, as required by Royal Mail.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the UK and selected international destinations.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
