At British Craft Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns policy complies with UK consumer law for online purchases.
 
 
Your Right to Cancel

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

• To exercise this right, you must notify us by completing our returns form below or via email at hello@britishcraftstudio.com  including your order name, order no within 14 days of delivery.

• You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the item(s).

 
 
Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging (where applicable).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund (including the original standard delivery cost, if applicable) within 14 days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

 
 
Exclusions
Certain items are exempt from being returned or cancelled, including:
 

• Custom-made or personalised products.

• Perishable goods (e.g., food or drink).

• Digital downloads, once access has been provided.

 
 
Return Shipping Costs

• You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 
 
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@britishcraftstudio.com within 30 days of receipt.
 

• We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.

 
 
How to Start a Return

1. Complete our returns request form below, OR email us at hello@britishcraftstudio.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. We will confirm the return address and provide next steps.

3. Send your item(s) back within 14 days of your cancellation request.
